Our first eco-projects were in mud mixing and plastering.  When we received a large shipment of strawbales, we got to designing our compost toilet/shower complex.  Market attendees and friends helped in the building of a tire bench by the Gallery.  The workshopers helped towards the building of a taboon (traditional mud oven) in the eco-building area.  Our largest eco-project will be in the building of the Permaculture Center in Nahalal (בעברית), which is scheduled to begin in July 2008.
